Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 hours during regular business hours for your order to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, if missing please ensure to check spam/junk folders. 

Kiko Design partners with local carriers such as Uber and Sherpa to supplement our team's efforts to get your flower arrangements to you recipient on time. Deliveries scheduled for a given day will attempt to be delivered, ensuring the recipient is available, within a reasonable time for a perishable good. If there are any issues with your order you will be contact immediately.

Pickup is available Mon-Fri from our store.
